Gain the knowledge and practical experience to be ready for CompTIA A+ Essentials Exam 220-701.
Target Audiences
Current IT Service desk personnel wishing to have their skills endorsed and individuals with a good knowledge of PCs and a keen interest to know more and attain A+ Certification.
Prerequisites
Delegates should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, but are not required to have prior experience in computer maintenance.
