The trainers are wonderful and willing to help at all time. I was finding it very complex to type and to use the computer, but they took their time to teach all the basic necessities. The environment is very conducive, the receptionist is the best I have ever met and the Director is everything. She cares, she is kind and patient and motivates everyone. The course I found very challenging but but my tutors were just so knowledgeable ( they seem to have done every course imaginable). They were excellent at explaining, kind and reassuring when i had failures (and i did have failures) but they would sit and work through my difficulties. They were mentors and friends.
