Here’s how we helped transform Michelle's prospects after she left the Army.
Michelle: “After 15 years in the Army, I left without many qualifications to start a new career; so I was understandably nervous. Considering I had no idea what to do with myself, I figured the Account Technician Diploma would give me a qualification that could be used in a number of different career paths if and when I decided what I really wanted to do. I was a little nervous about this change of direction as I had no prior experience and was never any good at maths (even with a calculator ). But having a friendly and relaxed atmosphere from day one was a great help. I can't thank you enough. Your pre-course advice was correct and I wasted a lot of time worrying about not being able to pass the course. I’ve got the job I wanted in Elgin.”
