Management Buyout hailed great success

We are delighted to announce the buyout of 3i’s investment in Pitman Training Group. The company is now wholly owned by Chairman, Carel Stassen (and his family); Managing Director, Claire Lister and Paul Crompton, Finance Director.
Commenting on the deal, Claire Lister explained; “The business has an exciting future, with many initiatives coming to fruition and others in the pipeline. We have a vibrant and knowledgeable network of training centres, and I look forward to making sure that we all share in a prosperous future.”
