Pitman Training Belfast Opens Its Doors...
Northern Ireland’s first Pitman Training centre has opened its doors, offering a range of courses that could transform your career.
Margaret Cox, Centre Director, is already a director of a number of centres in the Republic of Ireland but she was keen to return to her roots by creating another hub of learning in Great Victoria Street, Belfast.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be opening Northern Ireland’s first centre – my parents were born in Northern Ireland and I went to school in Co. Tyrone, which is why this centre’s very close to my heart,” says Margaret, who has nearly 30 years of business experience.
“I really believe that nowhere in the world offers anything like Pitman Training because what our students get is a unique package of training and benefits.
“For us it’s not just about enhancing skills – it’s about boosting confidence too. Our experienced course advisors can help you improve your career, get back into work and stand out from the crowd. It’s really fulfilling to support people in achieving their goals and we’re looking forward to working with many more Belfast residents over the coming weeks, months and years.”
The official launch of the new Pitman Training centre in Belfast will take place on 14 September and Margaret is keen to hear from previous Pitman Training students.
“We’d love to invite them to the launch. Many people have done Pitman Shorthand and other work-focused training with us over the years,” says Margaret.
“You may have taken Pitman Training courses at other location across the country, or indeed the world. We’d love to hear from our former students and find out what they are doing now.”
