Target Audience
Anyone who feels that their life is not moving forward in the way they would like; who feels stuck in a rut; who feels under pressure trying to juggle work and career against family and personal life.
Anyone who feels that they are no longer in control of their lives and are merely reacting to the demands made upon them by others; who would like to change their life but don’t know where to start.
