Set a Baseline Plan.
Monitor and track the project.

Aims and Objectives

Upon completion of the course students will have a detailed working knowledge of how to use the software, and will be able to produce high quality professional project planning documentation.

Target Audience

This course is for those who have never used a MS Project or have only used it for limited tasks..
