How to find us
The Pitman Training Centre is located in the heart of the Stevenage Town Centre. We are situated in Park Place, next door to the Curtain Warehouse and opposite Farmfoods.
The nearest car park is the Marks & Spencer car Park and is located at the back of our offices. Please find a map available for download on the right-hand side for your guidance.
By road:
From the A1(M)

Come off the A1(M) at J7.

At the first roundabout, (you should see Glaxo SmithKline on your right) go straight over (2nd exit).

At the 3rd roundabout (Wickes on your right) take the 1st Exit.

Drive for approx. 1 mile. (You will see the North Hertfordshire College and ASDA on your left).

At the roundabout, go straight over (2nd exit).

Drive for about 100 metres and you will see a Marks & Spencer Outdoor Car Park on your left (Marshgate).

Park your car there and then you will see a big sign reading ‘Park Place’ on top of a walk-way.

Walk though the walk-way and turn right.

We are in the 2nd entrance on the right (just next to Curtain Warehouse).

Go through the entrance and go straight up to the 2nd floor.

Turn left at the top of the stairs.

Go down the corridor, Pitman Training Stevenage is on the left.

Go through the 2nd door to enter the reception area.
By rail:
The nearest railway station is Stevenage.
- Follow signs for the Town Centre
- Walk past McDonald's (on your left)
- Go to the bottom and turn left.
- On the right, at the corner you will see Costa, turn right into that street (Park Place)
- Walk towards the end and on your left after 'Curtain Warehouse' you should see the Entrance for 17f Park Place
- Go through the entrance and go straight up to the 2nd floor.
- Turn left at the top of the stairs.
- Go down the corridor, Pitman Training Stevenage is on the left.
- Go through the 2nd door to enter the reception area.
By Bus:
The nearest bus station is Stevenage Bus Station.
- Opposite the Bus Station you will see McDonald's.
- Walk past McDonald's (so that it is on your left)
- Go to the bottom and turn left.
