Overview
Held at our Pitman Training Centre in Norwich only, this five-day course will cover basic installation and configuration of the Windows XP operating system, as preparation for the Microsoft Certified Professional Exam 70-270. This course is intended for administrators and network professionals responsible for the installation, deployment and maintenance of Windows XP Professional.
In addition, configuration of the user interface will be discussed and many of the new features provided by XP such as Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop.
The course also takes a reasonably in depth look at the TCP/IP network protocol, its addressing scheme and architecture.
You will require a basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking. The course covers;
