About the Course
This fully funded Project Management Skills Bootcamp is designed to help individuals across the North East of England build practical, job-ready project management skills.
Delivered by Pitman Training Newcastle, the programme focuses on real-world project delivery and prepares learners to study towards the PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation qualification. Funding is provided through the government’s Skills Bootcamp programme, meaning eligible individuals can access the training at no cost.

Learners may use the knowledge gained to contribute more effectively within project teams or to explore entry-level roles such as:

- Are unemployed, returning to work, or seeking a new role
- Meet the government Skills Bootcamp eligibility requirements

You do not need prior project management experience.
The training starts with core principles and builds
towards the PRINCE2® Foundation level, with
structured support throughout the programme.
What You’ll Gain
10 weeks of structured training: A programme delivering a minimum of 80 guided learning hours, covering core project management principles, planning, risk management, and effective project delivery.
PRINCE2® Foundation qualification preparation:
Training aligned to the PRINCE2® Foundation level, introducing a recognised project management framework used across many sectors.
Employability and progression support (if required): Optional support to help you present your new skills through CV guidance and interview preparation.
Ongoing post-completion support: Access to up to six months of continued guidance and progression support after finishing the bootcamp.
