Vernon bought the Pitman Training franchise for Bishops Stortford in January 2008 and has 7 years’ experience building an understanding of the needs of the student and matching those needs to the appropriate course or diploma. He is also an outplacement and redundancy consultant so brings this expertise to his students by helping them pull together a CV and showing them how to ‘attack’ the job market when they come to that point in their studies when they want to launch their job search.
Gemma wanted to become an Executive PA and enrolled in our course last year. At Pitman Training, we were so impressed with her skills that we offered her a position as of part time administrator and when the full time position became available we had no hesitation in offering her the position. Having done many of the courses herself, she understands how the training works and offers a sympathetic ear to those who need it.
