Our Team
Joanna is the Centre Operations Manager at Pitman Training Crawley. She brings over 20 years of experience in adult education, where she has managed teams with confidence and care. She is known for her strong organisational skills and her ability to help people discover and achieve their best possible outcomes. Dedicated and supportive, Joanna always approaches her work with professionalism and a warm, friendly smile. Her passion for personal development translates in everything she does. Outside of work, she loves traveling, capturing moments through photography, and immersing herself in criminal and thriller novels.
Zoe is a Learning Coach at Pitman Training in Crawley, dedicated to helping learners grow their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. She provides tailored support that makes education accessible and empowering, guiding people to unlock their full potential. Zoe is also pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), strengthening her expertise in legal frameworks and broadening her professional perspective.
Outside of work and study, Zoe enjoys cooking, gardening, paddleboarding, music, and spending time in nature, passions that keep her inspired, grounded, and full of life.
Rubaiyat Jamil is the Managing Director of Pitman Training Crawley. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring that all operations meet the required academic and compliance standards. As a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in tech, food retail and batch processing operations, Rubaiyat brings strong organisational and leadership skills. An avid sportsman and fitness enthusiast, Rubaiyat loves his cricket and gym sessions. His motto in life is to LIVE, LOVE AND LAUGH at all times.
