How to find us
Pitman Training Bristol is located on Waterloo Road in St. Philips. We are less than a 10 minute walk from the Temple Meads train station and Cabot Circus. For those arriving by car we do offer parking to our students.

Our Team
Leading our Pitman Training Bristol centre is Josephine Padalino. With extensive experience in training and recruitment, she empowers students to build their confidence to grow, excel, and transform their career ambitions into reality. Josephine is supported by Keira who works closely with each student offering motivation, guidance and 1 to 1 support throughout their training journey.
Our aim is to provide a supportive environment which will motivate and encourage you to achieve your personal and career goals.
Our highly effective training approach is simple – watch or listen to a skill, learn it alongside us, and then try it yourself. This proven method works for our students and has proven to be a reliable formula for learning.
With over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry in Bristol, Josephine understands the local job market. She works closely with students to craft standout CVs, develop strong interview skills, as well as job searching strategies. This ensures every student has the confidence needed to enhance their employability.
