About This Course

Microsoft Teams is a messaging application that provides a powerful workspace for collaboration, communications, meetings, and file sharing. In this course, you will explore the key features and functionalities of Teams.

You will learn how to format messages and keep messages in Teams organised. You will learn how to manage conversations, start calls, and share content. You will learn how to join and create a team, how to create channels, and how to schedule, create, and manage meetings. 

You will learn how to use Team’s live reactions feature to give feedback without disrupting a meeting’s flow. You will learn about Teams’ dedicated whiteboard, where participants can brainstorm and sketch out ideas together.

You will learn about using apps created by third parties in Teams, as well as apps provided by Microsoft, such as Viva Engage, Planner, and Forms. And you will discover how to configure the Teams’ settings and view and manage your notifications, so you stay up to date with what’s happening.
