A pharmacist by profession, Shem Mandela, was introduced to Pitman Training by his boss to pursue the Microsoft Office Diploma program in order to strengthen his work and career. Shem was impressed by the course’s delivery, which allowed him to train at his own pace and schedule while receiving full support from our learning coach. He enrolled up for the Microsoft Office Diploma program right away.

The courses were really informative, in-depth, and ready for him to apply in a real-world context. He greatly enjoyed all of the courses, particularly excel. Training plans were extremely beneficial to him since they allowed him to track his progress and determine how much time he needed to spend per week in order to successfully complete his courses. Shem would always take his exams at the Center, especially on Saturdays, and he would also study for over an hour each day at home.

“The course was both exciting and involving,” he remarked. The training has changed him. The Pitman Training Kenya team provided him with excellent support; they were approachable and readily available to support with any questions he had regarding the course material. He is grateful for this support.
