Galina came to the UK from Russia about eight years ago. While raising her family she decided to learn book-keeping, Sage and Microsoft Office skills to enable her to start a new career in finance. She gained a distinction in our Pitman Training Accounting Technician Diploma. Galina chose to train with us because it allowed her to combine her studies with her family commitments and occasional part time work. She also wanted someone to help her ‘in the flesh’ rather than over the phone or by email as would be the case with distance learning.
