Matthew went through a string of unsuccessful job interviews, even though he had just left university with a degree. He then decided to contact Pitman Training as he realised he did not have all the right skills to get the jobs he wanted.
After speaking to a Course Advisor he decided to update all his IT skills and studied the Microsoft Office Plus Diploma. He now works as an Archive Assistant where the post involves constant use of the MS Office suite.
At his interview all the panel remarked on his IT skills and said his knowledge was far better than anyone they had seen. This was one of the reasons he was hired. He uses his IT skills in his every day job role.
