Pitman Training Reading student, Vasia, looked into training to improve the quality and efficiency of her work in her current role in customer service. She also wanted to be able to look for further and more exciting opportunities in the future, once she gained extra skills.

Vasia was quite anxious to start her Effective Business Communication course, however, upon completing the first few modules, she became more and more confident as she improved her skills. She recognised that the course had given her extra knowledge and thanks to it she feels much better writing and speaking to customers.
