"My discovery of Pitman Training came about when I left university as it really wasn’t for me.  I was lost and really didn’t know what to do next to get my foot in the door in my next career move.  My Mum mentioned that she had heard of Pitman Training where you can gain the essential skill that current employers are looking for.  So, I logged on to Google and searched for Pitman Training and found the Executive PA Diploma and knew this was the right qualification for me.  The hours at Pitman Training are at your own pace so you are not under any pressure to complete certain modules.  In other words you can stay for 5 hours if you so wish it’s all up to you.  I have gained the most essential Microsoft Office skills such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  This diploma also gives you the chance to take up different areas such as Journalism and Public Relations which has helped me expand on my knowledge giving me the highest chance of success finding that dream job.  It doesn’t even stop there. As part of this course you get the chance to learn how to touch type which scared me at first as I had already taught myself to type in my own way, but now I can type quicker than ever before.  

This course has helped me develop so many different skills and from feeling lost and not knowing what to do, Pitman Training has helped me on my way on to a straight career path.  There are tutors available to help you every step of the way so you are not on your own at all which was a huge relief when I really needed some extra guidance.  After completing the Executive PA Diploma, I hope to go out into Birmingham City and start working for some big, well-known companies and start me earning an income and help me gain hands on experience.  

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to become and Executive PA or someone who just wants to gain some extra skills in ICT software to help them on their way in their current employment.  It really is worth it!  

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Pitman Training and will miss it when I have finished.  But knowing that this qualification has helped me so much, I can’t wait to get out there and start showing off my qualifications to potential employers."
